|Recommended: NoInteresting — Staff is good,they are new management still figuring some things out. Trying to get things back in order. The buildings were rushed to get completed. So there are some flaws. But overall they are nice apartments.

|Recommended: YesNew Resident Review — The noise is intermittent. Kids in parking area late yelling echos off buildings and is amplified. The units are well constructed and I never hear neighbors. People need to keep their teenage kids from yelling in the parking lot at night though.

|Recommended: YesGreat location and great staff — It is a great area to live in close to everything about 15 minutes to everywhere 20 minutes to Caldwell and I enjoy the staff both Maintenance and office staff are amazing. Maintenance is on top of it. I can message them one day and the next day they are there.

|Recommended: YesI started with some ant and spider problems at the unit but office management are super active when I mention with them at the office they solve my problem right away Brooklyn and Malisa are the best people .😇 will everything is good in here I just wait for end of my lease and then I will be very happy to move in upstairs units 😊

|Recommended: YesFranklin Apartment — Everything is good in here Brooklyn and Malisa are wonderful people but the only problem I noticed in this Apartment the most upstairs Neighbors has 2 3 or more children some of them has pets too and they are making noise and loud especially at the night time I don’t know why they are like to stay upstairs if they making disturbing to down stairs people and I have only one child with no pets they give me first floor and they other has so many kids with pets the living 2 3 and 4 floor

|Recommended: YesThankful — As with any new place, there can be problems sometimes but our property manager, Melissa Clark, handles everything so promptly and professionally, it's as if the problem never existed. I'm very appreciative for Melissa, Brooklyn and Patrick and I highly recommend living here because even if there are problems, they handle it immediately and find the best possible solution for their tenants.

The staff is great and has made every request we have had feel like they care. The quality of the building and grounds is top-notch. We always get compliments when we have people over. I would highly recommend it.
